About the Business Chemistry types

There are four primary Business Chemistry types. While we’re each a unique mix of them all, most of us find we strongly associate with one or two of them in particular. Whether you want to learn about one type or more, or you want to identify your own type, or that of a colleague, client, or stakeholder, we’ve got options for you!

For some of you, these short descriptions here might be enough to get a good sense of each type. If not, maybe the longer post each description links to will do the trick.

Or, if you’re more of an infographics person, you might find this one helpful.

“It is in our nature to explore, to reach out into the unknown. The only true failure would be not to explore at all.”

Abraham Lincoln the Integrator

“A house divided against itself cannot stand.”

Queen Victoria the Guardian

“Great events make me quiet and calm; it is only trifles that irritate my nerves.”

Teddy Roosevelt the Driver

“The boy who is going to make a great man must not make up his mind merely to overcome a thousand obstacles, but to win in spite of a thousand repulses and defeats.”
